Refund Policy
For Digital Products, Including Online Courses:
- All sales are considered final due to the digital and downloadable nature of the products. Refunds are not issued once a purchase has been made. We encourage our customers to review the course details thoroughly before making a purchase.
For Online Consulting Services:
- A 14-day cooling-off period is offered for all consulting services. During this period, clients may cancel their service agreement without any penalty and will receive a full refund. The cooling-off period begins from the date of the service agreement.
- After the cooling-off period, refunds will not be issued unless there is a breach of contract by either party. If it is determined that Dr. Vanessa McIntosh has not met the obligations as outlined in the service agreement, a proportional refund may be considered based on the services already delivered versus the total contract value.
Cancellation Policy
For Online Consulting Services:
- Clients may cancel their consulting services with a full refund within the 14-day cooling-off period. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to team@drvanessamcintosh.com.
